I’m a huge fan of roasted vegetables (see Brussels Sprouts).
Cauliflower is no exception.
My typical flavor profile in seasoning is olive oil + garlic salt + garlic pepper. While tasty, the same flavors get old for awhile. I’m trying to get out of my rut and embarking on new flavors.
That’s where the sriracha comes in. I love spicy food, and I often forget about this very delicious sauce keeping shelf space in my fridge.
Cut up your cauliflower into smallish florets and spread on a pan. Drizzle sesame oil and sriracha sauce (as) liberally as you desire. Then I dusted mine with some sesame seeds and added raw cashews for a bit of texture.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or so…depending on how crispy you love your veggies. Enjoy!
